Single Destination        

Planning Fee: $250

  • Initial 45 minute consultation 

  • Customized Travel Itinerary  (with one revision)

  • Pre-departure guidance call

  • Insider Travel Tips for your destination

  • Reconfirm all reservations and activities with vendors

Additional Fees

  • Hotel Only booking - complimentary (includes 30 minute call)

  • Trips departing in less than 60 days, additional $75 fee

  • Flight bookings: $50 per person domestic/$100 per person International (unless included with a package)

  • Fees will vary for trips that are 2 weeks or more

  • Fees may vary with more than one revision

  • Fees subject to change

*Returning clients will be granted a reduced planning fee*
